Eligibility for Returns
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags. Sale items, gifts cards, and personalized products are not eligible for returns.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Returns that don’t meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please keep your receipt or order confirmation email.
Return Process
To start a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Returns sent without prior notification may not be accepted.
Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted unless the return is due to an error on our end.
